Pierremont Hall, Broadstairs

Built 1785 for Thomas Forsyth, architect Samuel Pepys Cockerell, currently home to Broadstairs and St Peters town council, as local successors to the former Urban District Council which occupied it from 1929. It was refurbished in early 2020 and incorporates a variety of function spaces. Listed Grade II.
