As is the case with many of the houses on Crescent Street, this one dates from the early 19th century (although the large ground floor bay window is a slightly later addition) - it was Grade II listed https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/300008096-43-crescent-street-penygloddfa-powys-newtown-and-llanllwchaiarn#.YvFRC3bMLIU in 1988.
