Originally built around 1830 as the manager's house for the adjoining Image, Brynfield House retains quite a lot of its original Georgian features, and was Grade II listed https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/300008035-brynfield-house-newtown-and-llanllwchaiarn#.YuonYHbMI2w in 1988.
