Student flats are going up on a site on Lower Parliament Street (see Image]), next to the former Sneinton Wholesale Market, which is now part of Nottingham's Creative Quarter (behind the camera). The opinion of the person with the spray can is shared by many Nottinghamians, who have seen a great many student flats spring up all over the city and some inner suburbs in recent years. The passage ahead leads to Lower Parliament Street, and beyond it Hockley and the Lace Market.
