A wall along Great George Street shows the remains of a painted sign. It appears to be for an upholsterers, van removals and goods storage. Below is another painted sign with the words 'Works entrance, keep clear'. The buildings appear to be in residential use, so these marks have been preserved from a commercial past, apart from the ends covered with modern paint.
