Sadly, I had to cut my trip to Whitstable short due to a devastating fire in an empty warehouse unit in the Harbour, next to the Crab and Winkle Restaurant. The whole Harbour area was cordoned off with police and fire tape, so this was the closest I could get to a glimpse of the Harbour. As you can see, the fire has completely destroyed the warehouse unit, and the Crab and Winkle Restaurant next door has been damaged. Looking north-northwest.
