Number 7 Washdyke Lane is an estate cottage, now a house. Dated 1850, with late 20th century alterations. Constructed, in the Jacobean Revival style, of squared, coursed stone with ashlar dressings under a slate roof. Listed, grade II, with details at: https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1187957 Belton is a small village in Lincolnshire some 2½ miles northeast of Grantham. The village is adjacent to the country estate of Belton House and many of the older village houses were built by the estate.
