The last section of Warren Park was demolished on Tuesday 10th May, 2022. The mansion house of Warren Park was built in 1891 for Otto Ernst Philippi, who was the director of foreign sales at J & P Coats, Ferguslie Mill complex in Paisley. Otto Ernst Philippi was a Prussian German who had been brought into the Coats firm by their chairman Archibald Coats who gave him responsibility for the company’s foreign sales in 1878. The architects of Warren Park were Arthur John Fryers and William Forsyth McGibbon. Warren Park became East Park Children's Home (country branch). When East Park Home closed the children were moved to East Park Home in Maryhill, Glasgow. Latterly it became Warren Park Care Home, which closed in 2015.
