On Stock Street at Espedair Street. Built in 1898 as an addition to Gleniffer Laundry for Archibald Bell and Son, Espedair Street. By 1913, it had become a foundry. In the 1940s it was the works of Wood-Craft, building contractors. It is Category B listed http://portal.historicenvironment.scot/designation/LB43487.
