A little bit of green space near central Bristol lies on what used to be a burial ground. Originally (around the late eighteenth century) it was an area known as Captain Parson's field, before being used as a burial ground. Close to the front of shot used to be a row of houses on Wellington Court - an early nineteenth century development that is now lost.
