New Spring Gardens Walk leads under the arches of the railway lines into Waterloo from Albert Embankment. Beyond the other end are Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens which are located on what was the site of the original ‘Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens’. These reached their maximum popularity in the first half of the 19th century before they were closed in 1859 - see https://beta.lambeth.gov.uk/parks/vauxhall-pleasure-gardens See also https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/6998151
