Category C listed http://portal.historicenvironment.scot/designation/LB42125 building dating from about 1905. Two of the ground floor shops are currently empty. The one on the left was Peter Anderson & Co, Solicitors and Notaries, which closed after the solicitor in question was jailed for defrauding clients. It has apparently been empty since 1998 and is in poor condition. The premises in the centre were home to Troon Fitness, but closed in 2021. The Floss Bar (dental hygenists) is still open (although closed at this time).
