Pond at Wood Farm

Wood Farm has in the past been a dairy farm, and a pig farm owned by Joe Bygraves, a former British heavyweight boxing champion. From the mid 1970s to the late 1980s, the lower parts were used as a landfill site. Wood Farm has now been restored for nature and for recreation. As can be seen at https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/7153529 there are fabulous views as far as the North Downs and including the Wembley Arch.
