The Lodge is on the west side of Yew Tree Lane and it stood at the entrance to the North Yorkshire Police Training Centre. The Training Centre is now closed and the site is being developed. There is a benchmark cut into the south facing wall of the lodge, and is located to the left of the accessible drainpipe.
