This path runs just to the west of the northernmost 230 metres or so of the A4229 South Cornelly bypass and the southernmost 80 metres or so of the B4283. Public footpath signs are situated at both ends of the path (the one at its southern end is shown in Image]). The path, however, is not marked as a public footpath on Ordnance Survey’s maps of the area. It is not marked at all on the 1:50 000 map, whereas on the 1:25 000 it appears as a fenced ‘other road, drive or track’. The picture is the view ahead just after starting the path at its southern end.
