A detail of an 18th century coaching inn; presumably there would have been stables beyond here, but it's now a shopping arcade called Regent Street. The blue plaque explains that former George and Dragon got its royal status following a visit by Princess (later Queen) Victoria in 1832. The hotel is listed grade II (list entry 1388389).
