Derryvolgie House, 73 Malone Road, Belfast. Built 1858 to a design by Thomas Jackson, it is one of the last remaining large detached villas from the initial mid-Victorian phase of the suburban development along the road. It was one of a number of properties which were built alongside the Malone Road with spacious grounds and gate lodges. Now converted and housing offices, there appears to be a large amount of building work at the rear of the building (unseen here).
