The hotel on the corner of Warrington Road (A573) and Cemetery Road dates from 1895. Originally it was an Oldfields Brewery pub Image Since refurbishment in 1995 it traded as The Coaching Inn. It was sold in 2018 and there are plans to convert the property into flats.
