This culvert carrying the Golf Course stream under Ocean View Road where it joins Downs View Road is one of several in the area which are inadequate and cause flooding. Crooklets Stream joins the Golf Course stream at this road junction, and both streams flood. Flood defence work is in progress. The fences for the flood defence works are visible in this photo, and another photo Image shows and describes more of the works.
