Painting utility cabinets in abstract or decorative designs has become a fashion in the last few years. This is the first I've seen on the theme of wartime remembrance. The text on the end reads "Commissioned by Friends of Greengates cenotaph. Bradford Street Art box 1 @bdstreetart". The last bit looks like a 'Twitter handle' but isn't.
