Pharmacy 2U is a company that normally makes a living posting prescription drugs to patients at home. They have secured a contract to provide vaccination services, and leased a number of disused buildings to provide a pop-up centre for covid-19 prophylaxis. The sign in Image is directing pedestrians to this location.
