It's heavily weathered and the details are pretty much illegible now, but this Grade II listed chest tomb is probably dated to around 1840, and was listed https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101273839-chest-tomb-approximately-10-metres-north-of-the-chancel-of-the-church-of-st-cuthbert-donington#.YaiRxtDP2Uk & https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1273839 in 1984. I had to remove a covering of ivy and fallen branches to make it visible.
