A former farmhouse of the Sully estate now largely 19th century in form. It was next to the now demolished, Sully House where the agricultural improver Evan Thomas lived. In the 1920's the Earl of Bute established experimental vineyards behind the house. The porch was rescued from another building. Swanbridge house is listed as Grade II by Cadw.
