Former railway goods shed at Ravensthorpe

Just to the south of this building was the site of the Lancashire & Yorkshire Railway's Ravensthorpe station, open from 1859 to 1952 although the branch was used by freight trains as late as 1986. It's now an active travel route. See Image for a wider context. There's still a Ravensthorpe station but that's on the main line and formerly known as Ravensthorpe and Thornhill.
