Knaresborough's bus station is quite small, comprising three bus stops just off the town's High Street which passes to the left in this image. High Street forms part of the route of the trunk A59 as it passes through the town. The bus facing the camera is displaying "Back to Bus" on its destination screen. "Back to Bus" was a campaign to encourage people to return to using buses as coronavirus restrictions were eased, following the lockdowns which had resulted form the global pandemic.
