A plaque on the wall of this building on the corner of Hill Street and Ryley Street explains that 'they are the finest surviving examples of 18th century terraced houses in Coventry. They were saved from demolition and carefully restored in 1979 by Mr J Field'. It opened as a pub, the Bar Eden, in about 2009, later becoming the Terrace Bar & Grill. Since 2013 it has been the Artisan Bar & Grill.
