Loughborough Road was busy at ten to eight on a working day. The sun reflected from the windows of the central tower of the Radcliffe Road End at Trent Bridge Cricket Ground (in Image). Low cloud soon dispersed and the second day of the last County Championship match of the season was blessed with blue sky and high temperatures for late September.
