Viewed looking towards the Oxford end of the line from the A413 Buckingham Road bridge, this is the site of the proposed new Winslow station on the new East West Railway. For a view of the proposed new station as planned, and from the same viewpoint as this photograph, please see https://www.networkrailmediacentre.co.uk/news/first-new-railway-in-50-years-between-oxford-and-bletchley-given-the-go-ahead The station cannot be built in the same location as the original station because of housing development in that area since its closure.
