For context, this was on the side of each of the coaches of the 'Staycation Express'. This all-first-class excursion was running two return trips, five days a week, through the summer of 2021 (one to Carlisle and one to Appleby). I don't know whether this is and officially granted coat of arms, but it appears to reference the symbols of Yorkshire (white rose) and Cumberland (three Parnassus flowers), with a Latin motto roughly translating as "for all things are possible".
