View from the bridge over the Cam in the village. All Saints Church was built in the 13th/14th Centuries but there are fragments from the 9th or 10th Century, and records show there was a wooden church around 995 AD - see http://www.westcamel.org.uk/churches.htm . The height was increased in the 15th Century, the little spire over the tower was added in 1631.
