Permission for this house was finally granted in February 2021 after changes to the original plans were agreed. Border Oak of Kingsland specialise in timber framed buildings and their houses are instantly recognisable. However, after a year or two and their owners' personal touches, they do look as if they have been in place for decades, if not centuries. The site was originally part of the award winning Arrow Cottage garden, now a distant memory.
