Hale: Grade II Listed cottages in the High Street

The Historic England website describes them thus:- "Nos. 55, 57 & 59 High Street Three lime-washed brick cottages, C18, single storey with attic, sharing the same slate roof. Four chimneys with heavy corbelled caps and four small gabled half-dormers. Four small casement windows on ground floor and three panelled doors, two in lattice timber porches. No.57 has a shallow bay on corbels with lean-to roof over window and door."
