Pair of semi-detached houses on Chart Lane. A building is marked here on the 1871 1:2,500 map (on which Chart Lane is marked as Chart Road, with its current name being shown on the 1896 edition), although the date plaque would appear to read 1884 (although it could be 1848, depending on the order the digits should be read).
