The photographer is standing on the bank of the Iron Age hill fort. Above his shadow, to the left of the picture is the Corley pine - not the only one but the most prominent, standing above Burrow Hill Lane. Behind it, to the left, Keresley Village, to the right, gleaming white, the warehouses of Prologis Park and, beyond them, Ricoh Arena. On the right of the picture, behind the telegraph pole, can be seen Coventry city centre, with the spire of the old cathedral on the horizon; in the far distance, the limestone hills of the Warwickshire-Northamptonshire border.
