#45 of 61 big bear sculptures, this one was decorated by Fos and is located in Firth Park. The artist Fos is a skateboarder and he originally created the graphic used for the design of his Bear for his skateboard. He created it because his skateboard often gets stared at, and he wanted a design that stared right back. He then decided to apply this fun thinking to his Bear design and visitors who look at this Bear will see that he looks right back!
