West Grinstead may not have many people but it has two parish churches, a Church of England and a Roman Catholic. This is the latter with the priest's house looking south east from Park Lane. The priest's house was converted from an earlier cottage built on the site and found to contain a hidden chapel for the 16th century lord of West Grinstead manor.
