One reads "ELL ESS FOR", i.e. LS4 (the postcode district). Another is "Leeds 4, Fab 4" and the one next to it carries on the Beatles reference with "I don't care too much for money, money can't buy you love". The first, at least is attributed to @pantsdanny, whose Twitter profile says "Andy McVeigh. I'm that Burley Banksy bloke who paints boxes, especially near Elland Road".
