Six different operators from around the country are represented here. The reason for them coming together is that this was the demonstration park at that year's Commercial Motor Show. The park was adjacent to the main Earls Court Exhibition Hall where the indoor show was held, and allowed operators the opportunity to test drive the latest models. The CMS moved to the new National Exhibition Centre near Birmingham when this was opened. This is one of a series of views featuring buses in the 60s, 70s, and 80s. http://www.geograph.org.uk/search.php?i=137652761
