The 2021 Manchester Flower Show took place between 29 May and 6 June. It was the city’s first major event after re-opening in mid-May following the national Coronavirus lockdown. The show featured a city-wide trail of floral displays and green installations. Call of the Wild was created by David Jayat-Laraffe of Frog Flowers. Based on the iconic red telephone box, the installation was sited at the corner of King Street and Cross Street.
