Planning permission has been granted by Dover District Council under application number DOV/21/00257 for the following details “ground floor: insert wall panelling to living room & snug. Remove & insert new partitions to form shower room. Remove and insert new flues & vents to facilitate relocation of kitchen. Insert stud work to block door openings. First floor: insert door to facilitate conversion of room into ensuite bathroom. Insert partitions to form bathroom utilities cupboard. External alterations: insert roof tile vents. Insert new wall vents & flues. Insert wall mounted entry box to west elevation”. Some of these alterations are relevant to this photograph.
