The Beverley & Barmston Drain flows beneath Wincolmlee and discharges to the River Hull, by gravity, at High Flags Outfall Penstock (sluice), managed by the Environment Agency. The river bank, south of the outfall, was in a dilapidated state, and has recently been improved. In the background, right, Nos.161 to 165 Wincolmlee.
