Rather severe neo-classical waterworks, with CITY OF COVENTRY WATERWORKS inscribed on the frieze and the date 1930 over the door. It now belongs to Severn Trent Water. It faces onto a road junction with a country pub in the ribbon development settlement of Brownshill Green.
