On Friday 9th July this year 2021 at 2 pm BST (British Summer Time) this branch of the HSBC (Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation) will close for ever. It will deprive HSBC customers here in Erdington of the face-to-face service they have enjoyed for a number of years but this is symptomatic of a number of banks shutting branches for whatever reasons. Time photo taken 2.25 pm BST (British Summer Time).
