Gateway 45 Leeds is the largest logistics and manufacturing scheme in the Leeds City Region Enterprise Zone. Located to the east of Leeds, just off junction 45 of the M1 motorway, it has planning consent for 2.64 million square feet of buildings suitable for manufacturing and distribution, with potential for technology and support offices. It also includes a new 1000 space park and ride facility for the city centre.
