What was once the West Park Hotel at 405-411 Anlaby Road. It has been disused and up for sale for several years, though somewhat changed from how it appears in Image a mere seven years earlier. It is currently being offered for £355,000 complete with approval for plans to convert into 17 one-bedroomed apartments.
