This rather grand looking village pub stands in a prominent position on Kilworth Road proclaiming its 'letting rooms', craft and cask ales, great food, beer garden and car park. It is believed to date from the 18th century and is a former coaching inn. This photograph was taken in the first week that pubs were allowed to open for indoors service after a Covid-19 lockdown that had lasted many months. To maintain an income, the pub has operated a take away service from the wooden kiosk to the left of the main building.
