The school's main entrance is on Cornwallis Road. On this day it was in use as a polling station for elections to Rugby Borough council and Warwickshire County Council (for the Admirals and Cawston ward) and for the Warwickshire police commissioner. The normal location for the local polling station is the scout hut, also on Cornwallis Road, but for this election the school was being used, offering more space so as to be Covid-19 compliant.
