The Old Hall is tucked away in the southwestern corner of the Woodbastwick estate, nestling in a bend beside the River Bure, near Decoy Broad. Later on in the year, when the trees are in leaf and fresh green reeds are again growing on the river bank, the view to the building will be totally obscured.
