The milestone is located on the verge, on the south east side of the road. Metal plate attached to stone post, BIRM plate design, erected by the Kidderminster turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription reads: TO / BIRM / 14 / MILEs Milestone Society National ID: WO_BMKD14
