Planning permission has been granted by Thanet District Council under application number F/TH/21/0177 for a “change of use from tanning salon (sui-generis) to retail shop”. The tanning salon was called Sundays Tanning Centre. At present it has a Miles & Barr for sale board affixed to the building.
